Your shop is leaking money.
I find exactly where.

Trade shops, builders, and property managers leak hours into quoting, getting paid, and typing the same job twice. I run an AI Audit on the operation, put a dollar figure on it, then build inside the tools you already run. If the recoverable savings do not cover the audit fee, you do not pay.

Who this is for

Built for shops that outgrew the way they run jobs.

You run a trade shop, a builder, or a property manager

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing. Builders and remodelers. Property managers. Crews, jobs, units, or sites: the work is real, and the back office has not kept up with the volume you already won.

The same facts get typed in twice

A quote in a spreadsheet, then again in the job system. A work order on paper, then again in email. Tenant notes in a text thread, then again in the file.

You bought software and the team went back to the spreadsheet

The tool was not the whole problem. Nobody mapped the handoff first, so the new system became a second place to type. Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Buildertrend, AppFolio, Buildium, QuickBooks, Sage, Acumatica, Bolt by ECI: I build inside the one you already run.

Why that happens, and the one-week test →

Quoting or work orders are where the week stalls

The faster a quote or a work order goes out, the more work you win or keep. That is where the AI Audit starts, then we walk the rest of the job.

How the AI Audit runs

Map. Blueprint.
Then decide.

Useful work starts before the first interview. I collect what a form can answer, then use the sessions to go deeper. You talk to me.

01

Map the operation

Org chart, written procedures, and the job journey first. Then small interviews with the people who do the work. One person in the room, maybe two. Process, not performance.

Job map · Typical-week tables · Transcripts
02

Hand you a blueprint

Hours first, dollars second. Every finding cites a person or a document you already had. Recoverable time, where that time should go, and what is worth building first.

Written blueprint · Priority list · You keep it
03

Build what earned it

Finding the leak is different from fixing it. The AI Audit decides: which parts AI can take off the desk, and which it cannot. Implementation is a separate, fixed-scope engagement inside the tools you already run.

The five places a job leaks

Each of the five, with the symptom, the cause and a test you can run this week: where a trade shop leaks hours.

Common questions

AI Audit questions, plainly answered.

This is for a shop that suspects AI could help but does not know where. I map how a job actually moves: quoting, the second entry, the site notes, the invoice. Then I put a number on the hours that leak and tell you what is worth building, what AI can actually take off the desk, and what it cannot. Same shape for a builder or a property manager.

A written blueprint: the job map, the hours, where that time should go, and a priority list. You keep it whether you hire me to build or not.

If recoverable savings do not cover the audit fee, you do not pay. You keep the blueprint either way.

No. Finding the leak is a different engagement from fixing it. Implementation is fixed-scope and only happens if the blueprint earned it.

Trade shops, builders, and property managers. One senior engineer. If it is not a fit, I will say so on the call.

A 30-minute call. If there is a fit, I collect the org chart, written procedures, and the job journey before the first interview. Then we sit with the people who do the work.

Yes. I am based in Charlotte. Local audits get time on the floor with the people who do the work. The rest can be remote.

Solo. I am the entire shop: the call, the audit, the build, the handoff. You talk to me. When the scope demands it, I bring in contractors I have worked with before, and you always know who is touching the system.

You do, from day one. Your GitHub, your accounts, your data. When the engagement ends you get a runbook and a clean handoff.

The AI Audit is a fixed fee, $5,000, sized by headcount because that is interview count. If recoverable savings do not cover it, you do not pay. A build after that is fixed-scope at $5,000 to $10,000. The homepage does not lead with the number. The call is how we decide if it is the right next step.

The AI Audit

If the savings do not cover the fee, you do not pay.

I map the operation, put a dollar figure on the waste, and hand you a prioritised blueprint. Finding the leak is the engagement. Building the fix is a later decision.
